Last spring I purchased 1000 square feet of zeon zoysia sod. Jayme and I spent a Saturday morning straining our legs putting it down. It has been described as “Wow” grass. I’ll say. It was well worth the money spent on it. If you want instant grass that can tolerate the heat buy you some zoysia.
We are also considering getting some Zeon Zoysia sod for our back yard. We have two large trees, similar to the size it looks like you have in the picture, and am just wondering how the grass is still doing under the shade of the tree?
I will take another picture when I get home so you can see what it looks like. It is still in great shape.
